REFUND POLICY: Full refunds will be given if requested by December 22, 2023. From December 23, 2023 to January 3, 2024, refunds minus $40 (per registration) will be given as food and drinks will already have been ordered. After January 3, 2024, there will be NO refunds given if the clinic is held. You may substitute another coach from your school or organization for the coach who cannot attend.
